Piano Bar Ballarat Membership – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or activating a Piano Bar Ballarat Membership (Gold, Platinum, or Sponsorship), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Benefits

    •    Benefits and inclusions are outlined at the time of purchase and may be subject to change.

    •    Discounts, free entry, and other perks apply only when a valid membership card or digital wallet pass is presented.

    •    Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply to the named member only, unless otherwise stated.

    •    Free entry on Friday or Saturday nights excludes special events (sorry darlings — we’ve got to keep the lights on!). But don’t worry — members get exclusive pre-sale access to those hot-ticket nights.

2. Validity & Payment

    •    Memberships are billed on a monthly basis and remain active while payments are up to date.

    •    Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

    •    Piano Bar reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice to members.

3. Behaviour & Conduct

    •    Members are expected to follow Piano Bar’s venue rules and code of conduct.

    •    Abuse of membership benefits, disruptive behaviour, or failure to comply with staff directions may result in suspension or cancellation of membership without refund.

    •    Translation: play nice, have fun, don’t be a pain — otherwise Granny might kick you out before we do.

4. Venue Entry

    •    Standard entry conditions apply, including RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and age restrictions.

    •    Membership does not guarantee entry — management reserves the right to refuse entry in line with licensing laws and venue policies.

    •    We love you, but if you’ve had one too many or turned up with half the footy team in tow, we might need to say “not tonight.”

5. Modifications & Cancellations

Piano Bar reserves the right to:

• Modify membership benefits at any time

• Cancel memberships in cases of misuse, non-payment, or breach of terms

• Limit availability of special offers, event access, or prize draws

Members will be notified of significant changes via email.

6. Privacy

    •    Personal information collected for membership is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    •    By joining, you consent to receive communications from Piano Bar Ballarat regarding events, offers, and membership updates.

7. General

    •    Memberships are for personal use only and cannot be resold or transferred.

    •    Piano Bar accepts no liability for lost or stolen membership cards/passes. Replacements may be issued at management’s discretion.

    •    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
