What are Piano Bar’s opening hours?
Piano Bar Ballarat is open weekly for the following
Wednesday: Drag Bingo 6pm-10pm
Friday: Piano by Request 6pm - 1am
Saturday: Piano by Request 6pm - 1am

How do I make a booking at Piano Bar?
Online! We have our booking widget on our home page and ‘What’s On’ page for all your booking needs.

What is the latest time you accept table reservations?
We can hold our tables until 7:30pm, after this time they will be offered to our waitlist unless communicated with prior. For bookings that don’t require a table, please book ‘Priority Entry’
What is Priority Entry?
Priority Entry tickets serve as a door charge and provide you with the privilege of priority entry when you book ahead. With 'Standing Room - Priority Entry,' you can bypass the waiting time and dive straight into the excitement of our lively atmosphere.
Please note that these tickets do not include a reserved table.

Do you have a Cancellation Policy?
If you contact us via email 48 hours before the event we offer a full refund. Anything after the 48 hour mark will be at the discretion of staff
Is Piano Bar an accessible venue?
We pride ourselves on being an inclusive venue, this includes being an accessible venue. Our venue is all one level with a large accessible bathroom. We do usually get quite crowded so it is best to mention to the team prior to events that you need accessible care so we can seat you accordingly. We also provide free tickets to those with a companion card. Simply put that you have a carer in the booking details and we take care of the rest.
Can I come to Piano Bar without a booking?
We do allow walk-in’s on Friday & Saturday nights, however cannot guarantee a table for these nights without a booking. Please note we do reach capacity frequently on Friday & Saturday nights so you can book ‘Priority Entry’ for guaranteed entry before 10:30pm and to skip the queue
Does Piano Bar have a Dress Code?
We always want everyone to feel their best at Piano Bar Ballarat, for our full dress code please see our ‘House Rules’ page
Can I hire out the whole venue?
The entire venue is only available to hire out on limited dates and times. We do not hire the venue out on nights we have a standing event (Wednesday, Friday & Saturday nights)

Can I hire out a bingo night?
Similar to the above, you can hire out the venue for a Drag Bingo night on Monday & Tuesday nights. See our Fundraising Page for more info
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, absolutely. Please also bring along and candles or sparklers you would like along with paper plates or napkins for your guests
Are underage patrons permitted in Piano Bar?
Yes, however we only allow those aged above 15. We have a strict zero alcohol policy for those underage and they must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Per our licensing agreement we can only host underage patrons until our kitchen closes on Friday & Saturday nights (between 8:30-9:00). Those above the age of 15 are allowed to join in on our Bingo nights and any special events/performances. For any enquiries outside these limitations please email ballarat@pianobar.com.au
How do I start a bar tab?
This can be organised on the night with one of our friendly bar staff. For larger groups we can organise wristbands. The team will ask you the following questions when setting up your tab:
What is the max limit you would like to go to?
Do you have any restrictions (eg: no shots, no cocktails)
A name for the tab
We also will require a credit card to hold until payment is completed
